CTT processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Handling quote requests and commercial enquiries — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Responding to enquiries received by email or phone — legal basis: legitimate interest of CTT (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Through the contact form on this website, we may collect: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and the description of your project or enquiry.

We do not collect special category data (health, racial origin, beliefs, etc.).

4. Recipients

Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Website hosting is managed by Profesional Hosting (provider with servers in the EU), acting as a data processor in accordance with GDPR.

This site uses Google Fonts for typography, which means your IP address may be transmitted to Google LLC servers (USA) when the page loads. Google LLC is subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring an adequate level of protection.

5. Retention periods

Data received through the contact form will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship is established, for the applicable statutory periods (tax and commercial regulations: up to 6 years).

Data from enquiries that do not result in a contract will be deleted within 1 year of the last communication.

This website does not use first-party session cookies, tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

The following third-party cookies or technologies are used:
